2.Booking & Payments

• A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment (as agreed) has been received.
• Prices vary depending on location and service type. Final quotes will be provided before confirmation.
• Full payment is required before the event unless otherwise agreed.

3.Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund.
• Cancellations within 14 days of the event may not be refundable except in exceptional circumstances.
• If the service is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

4.Responsibilities

• We will provide professional and high-quality service for your event.
• It is your responsibility to provide accurate information and communicate any changes in a timely manner.
• We are not responsible for issues beyond our control, such as weather disruptions or venue restrictions.

5.Liability

• While we take every care to ensure a smooth service, we are not liable for any indirect losses or damages arising from event disruptions.
