2.Booking & Payments
- A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment (as agreed) has been received.
- Prices vary depending on location and service type. Final quotes will be provided before confirmation.
- Full payment is required before the event unless otherwise agreed.
3.Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancellations within 14 days of the event may not be refundable except in exceptional circumstances.
- If the service is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
4.Responsibilities
- We will provide professional and high-quality service for your event.
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate information and communicate any changes in a timely manner.
- We are not responsible for issues beyond our control, such as weather disruptions or venue restrictions.
5.Liability
- While we take every care to ensure a smooth service, we are not liable for any indirect losses or damages arising from event disruptions.
6.Changes To Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
